Stay Golden

Stay Golden is a community Hip Hop and spoken word event. It is hosted by Agincourt Baptist Church in an effort to raise fund for community youth programs!

Stay Golden is a community event that features local Hip Hop, spoken word, and musical artists. Our goal is to provide a venue for students and young artists to gather in a safe environment and celebrate the different art forms. There will be an Open Mic before the featured artists.

We have featured a lot of local talented artists such as: EverySpareSecond, The John Romanis, Leetbeatz, D-mac, Mobi, and more.

The night will be a fun filled event showcasing youth spreading positive energy.

Speaker: Kevin Francis

Bio: Hi, my name is Kevin Francis. I'm currently attending Sheridan College in Brampton where I am studying to become a Child and Youth Worker. I was a youth worker at Bethany Baptist Church where I worked closely with the inner city children and youth in the community. I have been volunteering with the CBOQ youth for over 6 years, helping with Blizzard, Avalanche and Center Court. God has called me to work with youth of all backgrounds, no matter where they are in their spiritual journey. I thank God that he continues to provide me opportunities to serve, minister and share His message to the many youth around the GTA.
